Large room

− Location not great. If want to stay downtown, choose 10 minutes into the city

Room was very nice, staff was excellent and very glad we did not have to use $50 a night parking.

Breakfast was fine. Location worked well for us as we were going on a cruise.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room and the entire hotel were spotless, and the location was perfect for getting around. The valet parking was also excellent and made our stay even more convenient.

− The only downside was the sofa bed, which wasn't very comfortable. Aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Wow the valet service is rough

As a Marriott platinum member this is the single worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not because of the staff or the hotel is dingy or anything like that, it’s because of the valet company they outsourced to. The parking lot is literally right outside of the hotel, but according to the valet policy you literally aren’t allowed access to your car without them pulling it up. Half the time there’s 3+ people already waiting so be prepared to wait 10 minutes to grab something from your car. When asked they said it was for liability reasons. “You could get drunk and when you’re out there decide to try to leave and scratch someone’s car”. I said alright how about the valet stands outside and unlocks my car and keeps the key. “Nope still a liability issue”. Are we serious? I’m paying 4 grand for 2 weeks at this place and I’m not allowed access to my car outside. This is as of 2026. I know it sounds nitpicky but I’m so annoyed😭 if there was a Hilton equivalent available this late I was considering switching hotels😭😭
