Privacy policy
Sleepfare is part of the Sleepfare network of hotel-booking sites. This page describes, plainly, what data we handle and why.
What we collect
Searching is anonymous — no ad pixels and no cross-site tracking. A single functional cookie remembers your currency, and hotels you save or recently viewed stay in your own browser. When you book, we process the details a reservation needs: guest name, email address, stay dates, the hotel, and the amount paid. Bookings made on any site in our network are stored in one ledger, so you can find and manage them from any of our sites using your email. If you tick the optional deals checkbox at checkout we also record that consent; those emails stop the moment you ask, and the checkbox is off by default.
Payment
Card details go directly to our booking partner's payment processor over an encrypted connection. They never touch our servers and we never see or store them.
Who receives your data
Reservations are fulfilled through our hotel-booking partners, who pass the reservation to the hotel you booked. That transfer is what makes your booking exist; all parties process your data to deliver the stay you purchased.
Retention & your rights
Booking records are kept as long as bookkeeping and guest support require. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for erasure once your stay and any refund window are behind us — email support@sleepfare.com and we'll sort it.
