Terms of booking

Sleepfare (part of the Sleepfare network) lets you search and book hotel stays. By making a booking you accept these terms.

The booking

Your stay contract is with the hotel; we and our booking partners arrange the reservation. Prices shown at checkout are what your card is charged, in the displayed currency. Taxes and fees are shown before you pay; anything labeled "due at the property" is collected by the hotel, not by us.

Cancellation & refunds

Every rate shows its cancellation terms before payment — free-cancellation deadline or non-refundable. Cancelling within a free window refunds the full amount to your original payment method; outside it, the rate's policy decides the fee. You can cancel any time on the manage booking page.

Your confirmation

After payment you receive a booking reference by email. Keep it — together with your email address it is how you view, manage or cancel the booking, and how support identifies you.

Problems

If something is wrong — with the site, the booking, or at check-in — email support@sleepfare.com with your booking reference and we'll fix what is ours to fix and chase what isn't.
