Amazing.
10.0The room was amazing we got a room with a view. Front desk was super helpful! We were always greeted and treated with respect by them. Also our house keeper was awesome we stayed 5 nights and she left the room spotless! The hotel was close to the subway and really good restaurants nearby. Although I wasn’t a fan of the restaurant inside Moxy, Almendra and one of the other woman bartenders were always attentive and sweet.
− The restaurant inside Moxy needs a lot of work the manager who works in the morning is very rude and not accommodating she will walk away from a conversation and made my spouse feel like he was stupid over requesting to change the TV! We avoided going to the restaurant in the daytime after that. Their bar and kitchen was always out of something and the food was overpriced for unseasoned food. (The service was amazing from the bartenders and a kind waitress we met on our first day) It just needs better management.
Would go back for a cheaper price and different staff.

− Did not like the attitudes of front desk staff when checking in. The bed linens were dirty and stained upon arrival.
Very good location close to Brooklyn bridge and 9/11 memorial. Nice breakfast, very small rooms but practical. Room
