Központi elhelyezkedése a hotelnek kiváló. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, nagy tisztaság. Ágy matraca nagyon kényelmes. Finom reggeli. Csomag megőrzése biztosított volt, ameddig szerettük volna.

− A fürdőszobának csak ajtótokja van, tolóajtó nincs. Nem privát! Beljebb áttetsző hullámos selytelmes valami van a WC és zuhanyzón, de nagyon zavaró, hogy itt nem lehet maga az ember! Mi 3 ágyas szobában voltunk és ez minden szempontból kellemetlen volt. Erre kellene megoldást találni egy ilyen szép hotelnek.

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie. Obłędne, wysmakowane wnętrza, mega pomocna i uprzejma obsługa, pyszne śniadania i idealna lokalizacja, 2 minutki od stacji metra przy La Rambli.

Hotel céntrico y confortable con una atención magnífica

El personal es muy atento y se esmeró en cada momento por hacer nuestra estancia agradable. Especial agradecimiento a los empleados de recepción y a los de sala del servicio de desayunos. Encantadores todos! El desayuno variado, bien elaborado, en un salón super bonito y con ambiente agradable. El café delicioso. La terraza muy agradable, aunque el calor en los días de nuestra estancia no nos permitió disfrutarla como nos hubiera gustado. Decoración muy bonita con toques modernos y vintage Servicio de seguridad en la puerta de acceso al hotel. Ubicación muy céntrica y con buena conexión al transporte público. Agua en la habitación. Cama super confortable. Ningún ruido Aire acondicionado fantastico.

− Es cierto que el hotel está en muy buena ubicación, pero es una pena que ese barrio tenga aspecto sucio e inseguro. Aun así, no tuvimos ningún percance. La habitación era algo pequeña. La puerta del wc y la de la ducha a veces chocaban y resultaban poco funcionales. Por otro lado, el espacio donde estaba el WC tenia una ventana con vistas a terrazas de viviendas muy cercanas y si no tenias cuidado podías ser visto. Convendría que pusieran algo para evitar esto porque resulta incómodo.

Our stay was far from what we expected

Honestly we didn't like anything.

− We were a group of friends travelling to Barcelona for a dance festival hosted at the hotel. Unfortunately, the stay did not fully meet our expectations. The rooms we stayed in felt quite dated and could have been cleaner. The balcony windows were also very dirty, which made us reluctant to open the curtains. The towels looked worn and slightly grey rather than white. Although we had booked full board, the lunch and dinner buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was a good variety of starters, salads, and carbohydrates, but only limited meat and fish options. The main dishes were sometimes slow to be refilled, and on a couple of occasions the meat did not seem fully cooked. The pool area and courtyard could also benefit from better maintenance. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some improvements in cleanliness, food service, and upkeep would make a big difference.

− Pool is very small and not many sun loungers. This didn’t bother us as we were out exploring the city but if you’re hoping to enjoy a pool and relax then maybe not right for you
