We were very impressed with this hotel, it was even better than we had hoped! Highlights included: a meticulously clean suite which was serviced each day with thought (e.g. not throwing away things we were still using), an incredible view of the city, a fabulous rooftop pool open good hours each day, staff who offered solutions rather than excuses whenever we needed something, free soft drinks from the minibar each day and snacks from the snack room, great location, great shower, nice bar and food on the top floor. I could go on!

− The only slight issue we had was not being able to find the right place to check in. There are so many entrances on different floors that it is a little confusing, but that's not a big deal. I found the room air con a little cold and would've preferred to be able to have some fresh air from a small window - but I get that this isn't really possible in such a high tower block.

Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. I would stay here again if I ever return.

Service and staff were excellent, very friendly and effective.

− The only criticism is the lack of towel racks in the bathroom.
