Pretty nice hotel, but not a great location and a bit inattentive staff

− When we arrived at 3am, driver let us in, but we were dying of thirst and could not find any water. I eventually found the kitchen and helped myself to some water. We were the only guests there in the 5 days, and we didn't see any staff until we tried to leave but found the gate locked. I called the number and it turns out a staff member was there in the room by reception, and he gave us a gate key. Breakfast is included, but it was just sitting in the dining room for who knows how long, and we were never offered anything freshly cooked like eggs. The maid was nice but for some reason liked to move around our stuff, mixing it all up for no reason. We needed daily fresh towels due to 100% humidity, but they were not replaced daily with the cleaning.

7.0The hotel has a lovely garden and some rooms have an amazing mountain view. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff was very helpful.
