8.0Friendly staff, especially Bailey he was extremely helpful with everything. Thank you again.
− Rooms facing the side streets have no view, felt older, especially their bathrooms a bit used and dirty. We changed rooms to high level with balcony facing Park Ave with an amazing view, which was more polished and had clean bathrooms completely different.
Solid hotel in great location.
8.0Location is great, the room was nicely appointed although small at the price point. The rooftop restaurant and bar is very nice
− Room was quite small even though I upgraded. But it was comfortable.
Disruptive. They need to warn you about the restaurant music or make adjustments.
3.0Location and nice staff.
− My room was right over the restaurant and so the boom boom boom of the restaurant's music was unending for seven hours. No way to escape it in my room.
