Clean, comfortable, convenient location

− Broken window handle, poor bathroom lighting. Had issues after I checked out as I received a message to say that I still needed to check out even though I already had!

Comfortable stay in a spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a long or short stay. The kitchen is well equipped, and the washing machine is in a cupboard by the front door, so you can wash your clothes and not be bothered by your smalls going round and round! The bed was very comfortable, and the dressing area has a nice view, although the window has handles; it is sealed shit. I didn't use the dishwasher, but it could be very useful for a family or more than just a solo person. I was on the 16th floor, facing towards Albert Park in the West building, and yes, there was a slight hum from the motorway below when the balcony door was closed, but not enough to disturb. With the door open, the noise is quite loud, as you would expect from a motorway and major junction 15 floors below you. Great views I was scheduled for a week here, but I ended up staying two weeks. It is an easy walk to most places, and there is a good-sized Woolworths just over the street.

− Some of the apartments are residential, and the residents don't take notice of 'quiet hours,' and one demanded the elevator for themselves! The pavement outside the building is often blocked by bikes, delivery bikes, and motorbikes!

What a find. We loved our stay at Imagine Marco and will be making this our go to accom whenever in Melbourne thats for certain. The staff were great and so friendly, the apartment was exactly what we were looking for , location was perfect for us, supermarket opposite was a bonus. The cost was amazing, that good that, was a little concerned that it was too cheap and something wasnt right, but after reading reviews, and knowing Booking.com would not allow anything untoward, made our booking.. Sooo glad we did.. Thank you Imagine Marco.... Cant wait to visit again.

− Pillows....... very large/hard , not a big issue, certainly hasn't put us off staying again, just went to Kmart and bought some for our visit. But maybe if there were an option to change, that would be great
