The room was great - spacious and comfortable. The room was well supplied with toiletries and items in the kitchenette was great. Bed was comfortable too.

− Staff wasn't very accommodating. I asked for a late check out weeks before checking in and was only given to 1 pm which was fine but when I checked in, I confirmed with my late check out again and they said 1 pm. On the day of checkout, I got back to the hotel at 12:45pm. I got upstairs and wasn't able to get in so had to go back downstairs to ask them to fix my key. Got my key back and went upstairs again, and was still unable to get in. So I had to go back downstairs a second time to get them to fix my key. Third time, I was able to get in but I had 5 mins to get out of the room before 1pm which was very stressful.

Overall for my first time stay it was wonderful, appreciate the effort to attend to my request for the balloon and also

We would go back to stay here. The location for us was excellent. Really clean. The reception people (the male attendant) was not at all helpful. Breakfast options could/should be improved including its time.

− As I said, the breakfast options could be improved and time wise the the time for breakfast should be enhanced. The male attendant from the reception should be posted somewhere else.
