Everything was perfect from check-in to check out. Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast. Location is also perfect, only a couple of minutes walk from the train/bus station.

Loved the whole Palazzo Scotto experience. From the moment we were welcomed at the door (for an unfortunately late check-in) to the pleasant goodbye on check-out. The staff at front-of-house always greeted us with a smile and everyone was alway willing to help with questions about location, travel, our stay etc. The room was exceptional, a mix of traditional and modern. Bright and airy, quiet air-con, cleaned daily if required, fresh towels, mini-bar restocked with a nice choice of drinks. Our balcony although a little small had the most amazing view over the roofs of Trulli's and a great view of the Church Of Saints. A nice relaxing garden partially covered in a plush grapevine. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff were so professional. We particularly enjoyed being greeted and served breakfast by Giuseppe the morning.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. 4 of us touring on bikes. We received such a friendly greeting, immediately making us feel very welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant which was not only excellent food, but fantastic service. We stayed in a refurbished trulli house which opened on to the garden area which was delightful. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
