10.0Location was very good. It was near places we have not seen before. Breakfast was also very good Had to pay for an upgrade because room was very small.

5.0It’s in a okay location close to Kyobashi station
− It’s not a very warm space , toilets feel like you’re using a toilet in a yatch, very limited space to use. Pillows are flat and not very comfy. They charge for everything, and no flexibility on check out time even if you arrive late. like if you ask for a late check out, they charge 2000yen for every hour , so means the hotel is not fully booked but they refuse to let you even have a one hour later check out. I prefer the Nikko hotel chain compared to Mitsui garden chain. Toiletries like shampoo and bath gel isn’t that great quality too
