7.0Excellent location, great entertainment especially the jazz night and friendly atmosphere.
− Place needs a good tidy up as minor things let it down. Room was very tired with lots of small repairs needed eg paintwork, headboard banging not fixed to wall, only one window opens as painted over, shower door damaged, shower needs tightening to wall. Front garden could do with a sweep, very dirty cushions and parasols need jet washing.

10.0Very good location, room smallish but adequate with all amenities, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and breakfast was superb. Food in the bar was also very good.
