8.0The location was great - the room was fresh and tidy While most aspects of the stay were great - the downers were mainly things that couldn’t be changed There was no onsite parking, the room was quite small and unfortunately for some reason there was no room service available for breakfast when scanning the in room dining QR It was a pleasant stay though

10.0We really enjoy staying here and have done in the past. The weekly loud party in Australia Square below is an annoyance though, and this time we asked for a room on the other side of the building. The alleyway outside the hotel entrance leading to the steps up to George Street was in a disgusting dirty state for the 2 weeks we stayed there though, and was only cleaned up the day we left.
