True 5* hotel experience in Amsterdam
10.0The hotel was great in all the meanings. Check-in was smooth, the staff was really supportive, we also visited the bar (Mr Porter) and then later the spa - everything was great. Also the room dining was great, both service and quality of meals. We liked the room - Deluxe exchange - and the bed was just great. Special thanks to Nicole - she made our stay perfect!
