Very clean room & hotel with very helpful staff offering excellent value for money.

− Breakfast menu didn't cover for whole range. It was only with Western and Chinese

2.0− The room was not clean, and even after I complained and was moved to another room, the carpet was still full of hair and the floor was still dirty, even after housekeeping came in the morning. Additionally, even if guests are allowed to refill their water bottles from the tap, the hotel should at least provide one bottle of drinking water in the room. There was also no Dove conditioner or body wash provided. Overall, the hotel feels poorly maintained and definitely does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The experience was disappointing, and the hotel is simply not worth the price.
