All in all very nice, a good place to relax.
9.0Comfortable and friendly…excellent location
− The shower facility not so good. An expensive hotel should have better than simply a shower over the Bath.
Excellent Stay
10.0The staff was excellent and location was fabulous 👌 Breakfast they served was very good and served with enthusiasm.
Super !

Delightful.. welcomed us with a mocktail and ice cream
10.0Fabulous location in the heart of the old town in Luang Prabang. The wonderful front staff were all excellent however one gentleman on reception helped us with another reservation which was beyond our expectations. He was very supportive and we appreciated his time calling the hotel and the effort to clarify the issue. I regretfully do not know remember his name. Thank you sir. The breakfast waiter, Mandal was also very helpful.
− all was fabulous
