Great experience at the hotel, room clean, facilities in great conditions and breakfast delicious. Tulua Afa gave us a great check in experience and was so warm and welcoming! I would definitely stay again! Lots to walk to in the area as well.

Don't book at this property if you have pets - surprise hidden outrageous fees!

− I booked the property as it was noted as pet friendly. Upon checking in, I was informed there was a $100 non-refundable pet fee. $100!!! That's crazy. Such a fee should be declared in the Booking process and not left as a hidden fee - a fee that is only revealed when I cannot cancel the room and I need the room for the night. I felt I was let down by Booking.com and was taken advantage of by the property.

I cannot say enough about the Customer Service. I especially have to give high accolades to Jeremiah and Kone. They take total customer satisfaction to a higher level. Both of them listen and understand questions and concerns. They are great as concierge as well, recommending restaurants, sites and places to visit and things to do. The rooms are kept clean. Full service is once/week with “fresh ups” every couple of days. You can request full service more often. The staff is very accommodating. The continental breakfast is very good as well. You get a lot of bang for the buck.
