Hotel stay was not comfortable. This Holiday Inn is not maintaing the standards as followed in other
2.0Location is 2 kms away from Times square- not very good. Room is very small, not exactly as describes in portal. Breakfast is ordinary. First day toilet comode choked, was almost in the condition of spilling. Bathroom exhaust is noisy. The floor is not cleaned enough. HOtel authority did not inspect the room properly before giving to us. Overall our stay was not value for money at all.
