8.0The staff was very friendly and made it easy to store luggage. The room and hotel are very clean. The room is kind of bear bones and there isn’t a shelf in the shower. The AC doesn’t run when you’re not in the room so it gets warm. It was very easy to get a taxi from there. The breakfast had a lot of pastries but not much in the way of gluten free food. It could have used more fruit. I was very satisfied for the price

2.0Google showed a pool at this property ( and they were aware) but no pool. The WiFi was horrible which made the TV useless. I would have never paid this much for a hotel with no pool

10.0This was a great hotel. Modern, clean, air-conditioned, comfy, and in a lively neighborhood with lots of dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
