Lovely resort that I would recommend to everyone and definitely want to come back to visit again!

Loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do. Our condo was perfect.

− It was a bit confusing on what was and wasn’t reciprocal between our resort and Big Cedar. There were times we would get charged a fee and then find out we shouldn’t have had to pay. Other times where we weren’t allowed access into the system a pool when we had been told we were allowed to swim there.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH THEIR HELP AND ORGANIZATION WITH MY LARGE WEDDING/REUNION GROUP. ESPECIALLY: PARKER (unfortunately I did not get his last name) His professional, positive and helpful ways, were invaluable to me and my family and friends. He gave me the extra time and attention I needed to organize , choose and distribute rooms in an efficient way that made the stay and details work perfectly. I had to visit with him multiple times and he reassured and received my concerns and questions patiently and pleasantly. He truly takes his job seriously and has the perfect personality and ability to make things appear seamless and that nothing is a problem or can't be made right or resolved! He is an asset to your resort and I am very grateful for his help along the way. THANK YOU AGAIN, PARKER!!

− THERE IS NO BREAKFAST ON SITE / ONLY FOOD OPTION WAS ONE MEXICAN FOOD TRUCK THE HOT TUBS OUTSIDE OUR BUILDING WERE COLD ON THE LAST DAY WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO USE THEM.
