The apartment is large and very well located. The views are nice from the balconies. The building has good facilities.

− The apartment is very run down. There is mould in the shower, the taps drip and the shower head falls down. The carpet and rug are stained. It’s not well stocked with things like milk and toiletries.

Good value for money.

− Key pick up instructions was not clearly stated. Multiple rounds was made in looking for unit. Delay in sending Key code (where key was kept), and office was closed. Better coordination could have been provided as arrival time was communicated way in advance.

Location

− They put me in a different apartment to the one I booked. It was dirty. Dirty shower with mould and hairs. The kitchen was dirty. The verandah was dirty. The shower cold tap fell off

A comfortable, convenient stay.

I liked that it was spacious and had a proper kitchen. Parking undercover was great.

− When I moved the bath mat there was a bunch of hair that came off which wasn't delightful. Dishwasher wasn't working either.

Location isn't everything. Basic safety and physical comfort of guests needs to be addressed

− There was No lock on the inside of the door, the kitchen-dining room blinds were broken, temperature through the kitchen-dining , living room and bedroom windows was uncomfortably hot. The host said "it really is too hot in here", when showing me to the apartment. he came all the way with me and was touching me in the very small elevator, with his arm around my waist...way too invasive of my personal space. The couch was very worn and torn.
