La ubicacion fue buena, muy lejos de las playas eso si. Me gusto que era espacioso, muy buena relacion precio calidad. Habia jabon de ropa, capsulas de cafe, nos recibieron con un vino. Todo correcto, volveria a hospedarme.

− Entraba mucha luz en la habitacion, no tenian black out las ventanas. Al aire acondicionado le faltaba mantenimiento.

We thought that the wine and coffee were nice additions. When one of the beds broke they replaced it with a new one within 12 hours. The keyless entry was excellent and worked as specified. It was easy to get in the street door and front door of the apartment. We used the washing machine and leaving washing pods for our use was extremely appreciated.

− Only comments for improvement are 1) that the current hairdryer does not work, and it would be good to get a new one for female travelers. 2) We would also suggest putting a large scarf or blanket or something over the couch since it is quite stained. A cover of some sort would improve the way it looks and make people more comfortable sitting and sleeping on it. Everything else was excellent.

− It wasn’t clean, you can tell they just do a surface clean but there is dust in heaters, the pipes in the bathroom, etc. The second bedroom’s window is not an exterior window but an interior one to the other bedroom. So it’s dark and stuffy. There were small roaches in the bathroom. The apartment is not well kept, it really needs renovation. The kitchen is old, coming apart, appliances are old, and same with the bathroom.- The beds and other furniture are low quality. The walls are dirty and have lots of moisture damage. We were embarrassed to invite our friends for a dinner over there. I messaged the property management as we didn’t know how to get the hobs to work and they never replied. Unless you’re there only for one night or you don’t care at all about the place you are staying, do not book this place.

The appartment is good for 4 people (5 would be pushing it in my opinion) and in a great location in Poble Sec, about 20 min walk to Barrio Alto, close to Placa Espana, and with great metro connection, cafes, shops and bars closeby. We liked the cute balconies etc. Check in and opening the door is very easy via a weblink, so no hustle to coordinate within your groups for the keys. Overall a good experience!! Would stay there again.

− One of the 2 bedrooms does not have a window (which is common in Barcelona) and the appartment is pretty small (also common in Barcelona). Obviously overpriced but not nearly as much as any of the other appartments we saw.

Sehr zentral, mann hat wirklich alles in der Umgebung.

− Das Gebäude ist allgemein sehr alt, aber die Leute oben waren wirklich sehr laut, als ob sie Möbeln herrum rücken und das mitten in der macht.
