5.0A comfortable night's sleep, lovely clean en-suite.
− Couldn't get cold water from the tap - kept turning hot, whichever way I turned the fawcett. Net curtains need replacing and couldn't get the window to stay open.

7.0The location. Having g someone on the desk to help when the key card stopped working. The hot water was very hot The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean
− Although there is a dual hob there are no pans or cooking facilities. No teatime The shower was very low being in the roof. The screen only went part way which meant yhe floor gets wet. Stair rail was dirty. Going up 83 stairs to the room you do use the hand rail

− La habitación pequeña y sin mesa para poder desayunar, ya que era un apartahotel y teníamos mi microondas y nevera y platos... Pero sin mesa y sin sillas para poder comer

− Sofa bed dirty and uncomfortable, sheets not clean, cups not clean, splashes and marks all over walls. Stains on sofa, felt really dirty
