10.0Un hotel super, camera spatioasa si foarte curata, moderna. Mi-a placut mult si resturantul, mancare buna la preturi corecte. Stafful a fost foarte primitor si de ajutor. Un loc in care voi mai reveni sigur.

7.0The hotel is very clean and nice. The owner is a great guy and was very kind to upgrade my room at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bălș. My only disappointment was the situation with the iron. Apart from that, my stay was excellent. I would have rated the hotel a 9/10 if the issue with the iron hadn't happened. 🙂
− I called the reception and asked if I could borrow an iron to prepare my T-shirt for my friend's wedding. I was told that the hotel did not have any irons. However, the next day I discovered that friends of mine who were also staying at the hotel had been provided with an iron. This was disappointing and left me feeling that I was given inaccurate information
