− We were downgraded! First time in history to hear about this. Worst Hyatt I have stayed in my life! I can't believe they are a part of Hyatt group. The room facilities had daily house keeping clearly written but the hotel says it's once in 3 days! Don't pay for breakfast, it's not worth! Instead, the restaurant at the entrance of the hotel has much better food, go pay and eat there, cheaper and much better. The rooms were so dated and old. Rooms facilities written air conditioning but it's a lie. It's temperature controlled, there is no wind noise. The hotel gave us a fan to use instead. Room we booked was a suite with canal view. Instead we got a brick wall view!

Très bel hôtel sur l’île de Murano, chambre confortable, restaurant en terrasse près de l’eau et excellente cuisine et cocktails. Salle de sport moderne même si peu d’équipements.

− Le prix était assez exorbitant pour la qualité des chambres. J’avais vue sur la façade de l’hôtel donc un mur qui n’était pas entretenu avec beaucoup de toiles d’araignées. Petit-déjeuner non inclus et le spa n’était pas disponible, en maintenance lors de mon séjour. Le monsieur à la réception était un peu hautain.
