Excelente ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad.
9.0La ubicación, limpieza, cama cómoda y amabilidad del personal. Además nos facilitaron dejar el equipaje hasta las 7 de la tarde.
− Por poner una pega, el lavabo es bastante pequeño, pero no le resta buena puntuación.

9.0Right in the heart of Madrid, walking distance to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, etc. Room much bigger than I expected, very clean and comfy, with easy access and good WiFi connection. Very attentive and welcoming staff. Definitely very good value for money.
− I had a small problem with the shower, which was fixed immediately by the staff. Other than that, maybe the bathroom was too small, but totally expected when you are using renovated building in the city centre.
