Zeer proper, ruim en comfortabel, rustige ligging maar alles goed bereikbaar. Ideaal voor een gezin met kinderen. Pascal is als gastheer zeer gastvrij, behulpzaam en bereikbaar. Ideaal verblijf hier in Oostende gehad en we zouden zeker nog eens terug komen!

This is one of the best accommodations our family has ever stayed in. We lived here for 3 weeks on a workation :) Pascal, the owner, provides absolutely everything needed for living, and even more. The kitchen is fully equipped with an excellent set of dishes, coffee, and everything listed in the apartment’s description is available. There’s even a dedicated workspace, not just the kitchen table. Parking is also hassle-free. Pascal even allowed us to take the roof rack off the car and store it on the ground floor. And most importantly, it’s on the first floor, so there’s no need to climb high, which is a relief because although the buildings have only three floors, the climb can be tough.

− What I’m about to mention didn’t affect our stay or our opinion of the place in any way. But just to note a few non-critical things: 1. The bedrooms are in an extended part of the house, so the ceiling is quite low. 2. The children’s bedroom is a walk-through room. 3. Be careful with the door handle when leaving the apartment—you might pinch your finger :) However, we only spent time in the bedrooms at night, so points 1 and 2 weren’t critical for us. There’s nothing major to complain about at all. I highly recommend this place!

As a family with 2 kids we had a great stay at the apartment! The location is perfect if you like it quiet and close to the beach at the same time. All rooms were very clean and the interior included everything needed… We also appreciated the friendly and direct contact with the owner of the apartment! We will definitely come again to visit Ostend and enjoy the nearbys from the view of „Happy Ostend“! Thank you very much for our pleasant stay at your place, Pascal! Best regards, Mike
