Amazing apartment in the center of Helsingør

Location

− Apartment had not been cleaned, dirty bed, items in the fridge, bin, dirty shower. Heating was broken, stuck on full for our entire stay. No response from owner!

− Building works in kitchen owing to recent flood. Needed to alternative accommodation. Message sent in Swedish which is useless if you cannot read the language telling us apartment cancelled followed by several messages in English how to access property. Confused and disappointed.

Lovely, character apartment in the centre of town.

The location was great. We parked in the 24hr car park at the station which is just a short walk. Nice to be able to walk to castle, shops and restaurants. Loved the wonky floors!

− We struggled to open the main door when we arrived but got the hang of it once we knew to turn the key anti-clockwise! The shower was slow to drain and water ran across the floor.

Everything was great, fantastic communication. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
