They offer a toothbrush and come on the house.

− Toilet was not clean. Promised coffee station is an unplugged kettle. Really hot in the room but the window cannot open. Booking.com directions take you to the wrong address. Directions once inside was a bit unclear as to where to find my room etc. Floors were very dirty. Shower gel container empty.

− La propreté de la cuisine, les surfaces des meubles de la cuisine collaient. Dans la chambre, le cache du radiateur était détaché. Au dessus de la porte de la chambre le papier peint se décollait.

Clear check in instructions, close to good transport links

− Unfortunately both our bedroom and the shared bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There were stains on our bed sheets and towels, uncleaned spillages on furniture, and the bathroom toilet, sink and shower was dirty with grime and limescale. Told management who replied ours later saying they’d send cleaners the following morning. We checked out at 11am and there was no sign of cleaners. Luckily we were out all evening but I’m afraid we just didn’t feel comfortable with this level of cleanliness.
