− BEWARE OF SCAM! Property owner demanded for additional payment or face the consequence of non-refundable booking. The main issue is the flawed systems of the platform (booking). I booked for 4 including children but the confirmation only displays 2 adult. As such, the property owner demanded something unusual, (1) pay extra for the 2 children or (2) cancelled my booking. Obviously, this appears a scam to me, thus i demanded full refund due to this illogical demand. this even cost me more to look for replacement plus hassle and stress. But out of principle I didnt abide in any of the said demand. I escalated this to the platform booking and the platform provided an explanation that "the occupancy-based pricing is set for 4 guests. This means that regardless of whether the reservation is made for 1, 2, or 3 guests, the rate remains unchanged — it is calculated based on 4 occupants." Despite this clarification from booking both the property owner and the platform cannot provide me the necessary refund or compensation. The outcome is too stressful at the expense of the customer who only wants to take a break from stress!

The unit was clean ang comfortable, there are only 2 things i wish was included - an electric cooker and black out curtains. There is an air fryer and microwave available, but it is limited what you can cook there. There are blinds, but as someone who likes it dark, the blinds were not enough. Nonetheless, our stay there was very nice. It's already my 2nd stay here and it did not disappoint.

very pro active coordination with owner and caretaker. complete appliances that we would need from microwave to rice cooker there is even an air fryer available for use

− the wifi was slow that we ended up using our data to hotspot to use for netflix. also the refrigerator was not functioning properly the time we visited, it’s not cold even we tried to adjust the temperature, it was a good thing that it was pretty cold the night we visited that the food had delivered didn’t spoiled
