5.0− There were many malfunctions in the apartment. The water heater does not provide hot water, and this problem continued until I left America. The electricity was cut off, which caused me to lose all the food in it. There is no cleaning service, and they interfere with who is allowed to visit you and who is not. This thing bothered me a lot.
