An Absolutely Perfect Stay! ​These apartments are simply ideal — they have everything you could possibly need and more! The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Having two bathrooms (with both a shower and a bathtub) was extremely convenient for our group of five. ​The hosts are exceptionally warm, helpful, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. ​Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! We would love to come back!

Arredamento impeccabile con elettrodomestici Miele e accessori cucina (posate e pentole) Alessi. Grande gusto. Ambienti molto ma molto spaziosi. Apprezzato per discrezione, posizione, silenziosità. Gentilissima l'incaricata alla consegna chiavi. Appartamento molto ma molto "importante". Climatizzazione al top. Molto apprezzata la vasca da bagno. Totalmente autonomi, totalmente riservati. Molto ma molto soddisfatti. Grande esperienza

− Segnalo l'indisponibilità del deposito bagagli nel giorno della partenza. Il check out è a mezza mattinata. Grande disponibilità del proprietario a lasciarci le chiavi ancora per un paio di ore giusto per terminare una visita mattutina in centro città. Molto disponibili. Hanno inoltre richiesto una cauzione (comprensibile dato lo standing dell'immobile) che è stata puntualmente rimborsata, descritta nella presentazione ma non era evidenziata adeguatamente. Comunque precisissimi nella restituzione.

Localização. Limpeza. Bem equipado - roupa de cama e banho de qualidade 100% algodão; cozinha super bem equipada. Anfitrião (Andrea) muito educado, atencioso e prestativo. Arranjou taxi-lancha para nós na chegada e na partida.

− Dificuldade de controlar a temperatura do aquecimento central- permanecia acima do que desejamos. Wifi não funciona no segundo quarto; deveriam colocar uma rede mesh. Banheira sem tampa e sem painel de vidro no segundo banheiro - não se pode tomar banho de banheira nem usar o chuveirinho da banheira, sob pena de molhar o chão do banheiro. Piso do chuveiro muito escorregadio - risco de acidente ‼️

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Appartement. Nach Besichtigungen kann man sich im angenehmen Ambiente zurückziehen, die Nahversorgung ist ausgezeichnet - man bekommt alles was man braucht. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen und Essen zuhause ein. Stauraum gibt es sehr viel - die Zimmer sind groß.

We were humiliated and degraded by the treatment from the property owner/manager.

Location.

− The way we were treated was degrading. We were requested to dispose/empty our trash when check out while we were charged €175 cleaning fee for a 3-night stay, plus €300 deposit, and the rate was €335/night for 3 adults. We had never been requested to empty our trash or pay for cleaning fee when staying at the hotel. That's all part of daily rate. The bathrooms only had 3 tiny tiny tiny vials of body wash/shampoo which we did not use. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
