Fair, it could have been better.

− No water filter. Problem closing top floor toilet - need repair. Fridge dirty with leftover foodstuff. There is a cleaning charge in the rental but tenants are expected to cleanup the garbage and all? Dont charge cleaning fee then. Double decker is for small kids - it is useless for adults.
