My big mistake is haven't read the reviews before I'm booked the homestay,if read I will never booked at all.

− The homestay not value with the money we booked. The owner only think money and not our concern. 1st very less sofa and do u think is enough for 16person? The chairs can injury due to the iron nails it's too sharp,2nd hall TV too hang and we cannot enjoy at all, 3rd the barbecue area too dirty and the sofa also too dirty cannot sit,4th the single bed is broken and my child fall down,likely he not get any injuries..The owner required RM500 deposit before we check in and after check out take time 2days to return back my money..Too bad..Only the owner have rules to us but we didn't have rule's .Totally I'm disappointed on this homestay that I booked..

Good size for a group to stay

− The refund process for my deposit was an absolute nightmare. From the beginning of the check-in process, I provided my banking details. However, upon check-out, I had to resend all the details and was informed that the refund would take 1-3 days. 8 days later, after numerous messages, I only received RM300 out of my original RM500 deposit. It wasn't until 7 days later, while checking my bank statements, that I realized the discrepancy. I reached out to inquire about the missing RM200 and received no response. After 10 days and another follow-up, still no response. It took 5 more days and yet another follow-up before I finally received a response claiming that the finance department had cleared it. Only after 30 days did I receive my full deposit refund. There were no apologies, no follow-ups, just terrible service from the host! Be cautious when booking this property and make sure to keep track of all messages and deposits. Booking. com should intervene and investigate why this host is requesting out-of-app deposits via WhatsApp. Is this a ploy to deceive customers into paying more? If I hadn't been vigilant and persistent with my follow-ups, I have no doubt that the host would have pocketed my money as additional profit. Stay vigilant!
