This villa was huge with so much space and room for everything. It was in a lovely quiet area but not too far from anything The owners of the villa were so helpful and consistentally replied to all our queries. It was a very clean and well equipped space

The quiet location and the outside space.

− This villa is advertised as luxury, but it is far from luxurious. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description. From start to finish, communication with the host was almost non-existent. Messages via Booking.com chat, email, and text went unanswered, and phone calls were never picked up, which made resolving even simple questions very frustrating. The standard of the property was far below what was described, especially given the high cost. There were numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues, including: - A dishwasher that only stays shut if you wedge a chair against it (and even then, it doesn’t clean properly). - A loose kitchen tap that urgently needs tightening before it leaks. - Several rings on the hob not working. - A second sink in the communal bathroom that doesn’t work. - A broken plug in the upstairs en-suite sink. - Mould on some bedsheets and missing bedding. - A basement shower that was extremely dirty and covered in mould. - A basement door that doesn’t lock, posing a security concern. - A washing machine that doesn’t work. - Low general cleanliness throughout, dirty floors and poor attention to detail. Additionally, there were no extra towels provided for a longer stay, no dishwasher tablets or sufficient toilet rolls (we bought and left our own). Overall, there was a clear lack of care, attention, and respect for guests. This property was not as advertised, poorly maintained, and the lack of communication from the host made the experience even worse. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it based on our experience.

Die Villa ist in einer ruhigen Gegen und die Sicht aufs Meer wirklich toll. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und wir hatten viel Platz. Die Bilder entsprechen der Villa und wir hatten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert tip top. Danke Marco für die Hilfe am letzten Abend :-) Zu Fuss erreicht man ein paar Restaurants und Wassersport/örtlicher Strand (eher nicht zu empfehlen) in 10 Minuten. Der Ort Melieha ist etwas erhöht (5' mit Bolt) und bietet einige tolle Restaurants. Unser Tipp: wenn man sich am Meer angekommen rechts hält gelangt man auf einen Klippenweg der zur Imgiebah Bay/Beach führt (40'), wenn man mal nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs sein möchte.

− Leider ist der Pool nicht beheizt. Wir waren im Oktober dort und das Wasser war dann doch recht kühl. Der Geschirrspüler sollte mal überprüft werden.

Dream villa! We had the best time here celebrating our marriage with our friend group. Property is located in one of the best / secluded / quiet neighborhoods in Malta. It was so peaceful and the view from the villa is breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and the barbecue, the host was gracious to accept our small gathering with friends to celebrate our wedding party. We were able to find everything we were looking for, there were enough plates / glasses / kitchen utensils and amenities were in good use. Thank you for the best time of our lives!
