− We stayed at this property on July 26, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. First of all, we did not insist on early check-in — we simply asked if it was possible since we were traveling with a young child. Due to a change in our plans, we actually checked in around 5–6 PM, well past the regular check-in time, so this should not have been an issue. The host never informed us that air conditioning was available. Given the summer heat, this was important information that should have been clearly communicated. What’s more, after using the outdoor BBQ area, we were never told we were responsible for deep cleaning it. We paid a high nightly rate that included a cleaning fee, so it’s surprising the host expected us to do additional cleaning. We responsibly took out the trash and loaded the dishwasher, which we believe is reasonable as guests. The most concerning issue was a minor injury caused by a chair in the living room. We reported it not to seek compensation, but to let the host know that it could pose a risk to future guests. Unfortunately, the host’s response lacked any real concern or accountability. Overall, we were very disappointed with both the condition of the property and the host’s attitude. While the space itself looked nice, the experience did not meet our expectations — especially considering the premium price we paid. We would not return and cannot recommend this stay.

Aussicht war der Hammer, das Appartement sehr schön.

− Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht ausreichend, es hat so einiges gefehlt, keine kleinen Löffel zum Beispiel. Die Bratpfanne, für die Rühreier am Morgen war nicht zu gebrauchen, diese müsst dringend ersetzt werden.
