− Only issue I had was the stairs to 1st floor but that is to be expected in a 1700 building.
Great location in old historic farmhouse with fantastic host
10.0Great location to explore the north York moors. Nice old farmhouse in a quiet area with just 2 rooms each with their own bathrooms just outside the rooms. Fantastic host who made great breakfasts with local produce and provided tea and cake on arrival in the pretty garden. Very good value.
− As an old farmhouse, it has a very rustic feel and lacks some of the more modern features of upmarket hotels such as tv and ac, which was fine for us.

9.0Location. Host was fantastic, tea and homemade cakes were brilliant. Fantastic breakfast with homemade bread and marmalade, lush. Will definitely return.
