Amazing location, gorgeous property, lovely garden and roof terrace. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay, including pods for the coffee machine (nice touch). Comfy beds, plenty of space.

Adequate for a short stay but definitely not “luxurious”

Kitchen was nice , bathrooms on most floors, location was good . Good WiFi. Lots of towels. Beds were comfortable.

− Weeds growing up the front window and front entrance was shabby. Patio was overgrown and poorly maintained. Patio steps were rotting to the point of being dangerous. Front and rear elevation looking tired and all of the windows were very dirty. The interior blinds in a couple of the bedrooms were broken and the interior generally is beginning to look tired/worn throughout. The pop up waste in the middle bathroom didn’t work and the microwave facia was broken. We were there for a wedding, which entailed clothes to be hung up and there are no tall wardrobes and very little hanging space or storage . None of this is in keeping with “luxury”.

The location, the cleanliness and the facilities included

− We found the outside area needs tidying up, and the wooden steps are rotten. The house was lovely, Boston just needs q bit of TLC

Overall loved this place, the hosts are excellent. A few little tweaks would make this fabulous

Had parking space for one small car, short walk to main shops, bars, and the lanes. 4 good bedrooms. Lovely kitchen, great host who always replies to your questions. Fans for hot weather, coffee pods for machine a great bonus
