A perfect stay in a beautiful home.

We had booked a studio flat and we loved it. The room was spacious & provided with a small deck overlooking a field. A comfortable kitchenette with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, utensils, cutlery & crockery. The resident staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped us with cab & autorickshaw bookings. A big thank you to the owner for letting us stay for extra hours at no additional cost as our train was delayed. Place is very good to stay for a week or more. Quiet and peaceful. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the property. You can walk to the town center too.

− Blackout curtains are needed for privacy & blocking out the heat and light especially in the afternoons.

Gregory Gracias is really very good nice n kind gentleman. Above all He is very patient. Very service oriented n his guidance n suggestions are superb n very helpful to see palaces in Goa. The comforts n ambience n other facilities are more than worth we paid If we wish we can see Goa in his ertiga car. He personally drives n shows all important places n Well explain about Goa n history of places n beaches. He charged reasonablely. He has vast experience in hotel n tourism industry. We visited in May 2026. We can feel at home. We will be very motivated n inspired when he tells about Goa history n in particular about tourism n tourist industry n how Goan people show hospitality.
