Yes. I recommend this, despite common flaws.

Location: Just half a block to the crater's edge and a quick walk along the path to the visitor's center. Furnishings: Beautiful furniture and fixtures, cool marble floor. Nice and responsive owner. Lots of interesting art in the stairway.

− Lock box was hard to open. Air conditioner seemed to default to a colder setting. Litter in the neighborhood. Parking lot was full one time, due to massive Orthodox institutions nearby attracting more than their lots can handle. Hot water was too hot (common in Israel, but I don't want to change an owner's settings and can adjust carefully at the tap). The recycling (orange) container at the street has been commandeered by someone who put up a strange handmade sign demanding people use it only for plastic.

− The lights in the hallway leading to the second floor did not work, so a flashlight was required as it was totally dark leading to the apartment.

The location is absolutely perfect! The room has everything you need, the only thing missing was a hairdryer.

− It was not easy to get up to the second floor with a small child and a stroller.
