9.0The owner is very friendly. Attentive to our issues. The facilities are clean and very welcoming. Both rooms are spacious.
− The narrow and steep stairs to go up to the apartment. Might help if there is an airconditioner at the hall area as well.

8.0I love all the amenities provided, location was great, the house was clean and comfortable. Got extra mattress in addition to 2 queen beds.
− Staircase to the house, i would say a bit steep but not that high. Not a big deal if you pack stuffs in chunks or lightly. Not suitable for special needs family members or senior citizens
