− My daughter has bed bugs which were reported and they did get a new bedroom and a breakfast. The beds and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I have slept in

− Staff unhelpful, issues with room (TV not working, sink not draining and shower temperature scalding). Parking is also a nightmare although hotel guests get slightly cheaper rate
