Friendly and helpful, but definitely budget...
6.0Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything worked well.
− Nowhere in the hotel for breakfast. Although we were told beforehand that we could safely store our luggage while we waited to check in, in reality, this meant leaving them in the hotel lobby with a bit of string tied around them. I didn't particularly worry about theft in Singapore, and it was in the sightline of the staff at all times, but it was just annoying.

10.0Everything’s great about it and it’s in close proximity to the central areas and the airport via the MRT (10 min walk from Al Junaid station).

Overall, I had an excellent and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
10.0I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was excellent, very clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was also spotless.
− One suggestion would be to offer an earlier check-in option, perhaps from around 9 AM when possible, as this would be very helpful for guests arriving on red-eye flights. Providing hand wash at the bathroom sink would also be a nice addition.
Hotel was adequate for overnight stay, staff were friendly but we are still waiting for the promised credit for a breakf
6.0It met our requirements for a one night stay. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable.
− We had paid for breakfast - it wasn’t until we asked where we went for breakfast in the morning that the staff told us that breakfast was no longer available. We are still waiting for the promised refund. There was no clear instruction that the switch outside the bathroom door had to be turned on to get hot water for a shower. The bathroom flooded easily.
