2.0Very disappointed. Despite the generally positive reviews, I was not satisfied with our stay. We ended up checking out after just one day. The shower functioned very poorly, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and quite noisy. Although the shower was repaired during our stay, it still did not work properly. I reached out to request a partial refund, but after several emails, I have received no response. Extremely poor service.

8.0I like overall like their kind staffs and prompts response over my request but in middle of night power went down but a staff didn’t fix the problem until very next morning at checking out.
