6.0L’arrivé j’ai eu quelqun qui ne connaissait pas son travail il m’a agresser lorsque je lui ai dis que j’avais réserver via hôtel.com il m’a indiquée que cela n’existais pas et qu’il fallais me montrer un reçu jusqu’à ce que sa collègue prennent la main

10.0Chers responsables du Too Hotel & Spa Paris - MGallery Collection, Je tiens à vous exprimer toute ma gratitude pour le merveilleux séjour que j’ai passé dans votre établissement raffiné, où j’ai trouvé calme, sécurité et sincérité dans chaque détail. L’accueil a été exceptionnel, en particulier de la part de M. Nas et Mme Mariam, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. De plus, le restaurant élégant et la vue magnifique ont apporté une touche spéciale à mon séjour. Sans aucun doute, je veillerai à revenir chez vous à une autre occasion. 8.0The restaurant staff was not very friendly but the hotel itself was great. I didn’t like the toilet and sink was so far away from one another but overall, great place.

8.0Service was excellent but a 4.5 star hotel, the bed was not comfortable at all, you could do better with a $300 amazon bed and the upgrade to better view room was not worth the extra $1000 for a week, the sofabed was terrible also, and the fridge box didnt even keep things cold, so the staff made it the stay better all of them at the front desk to the cleaning help were awesome kind and friendly too bad i cant stay the same for the room itself, for the glamor of the new building and the style you cheaped out the rooms unfortunately!
