+ Excellent canal-side location, close to transport and attractions+ Outstanding, friendly and helpful host/service (Tiziano)+ Spotlessly clean rooms with attractive Venetian/Murano decor+ Canal balcony and beautiful views− Steep stairs and some accessibility challenges (chair lift exists but stairs still steep)− Beds were a bit firm for some guests− Occasional noise on special event nights (one reported World Cup noise)

Nos encantó
10.0Silencioso, cálido y limpísimo. La decoración es preciosa y muy cuidada. Con café y galletitas y tazas monísimas. Tienen un mapa personalizado súper útil. Descanso perfecto. Nuestra habitación daba al patio pero eso hacía que fuera muy pacífica. El chico del hotel muy simpático y servicial. Recomiendo 100%.

A place I will return
10.0Super convenient location, beautiful ambiance and the view canal made my Venetian experience unforgettable. Tiziano was outstanding. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect experience
10.0All of the experience was perfect from start to end. Tiziano was so responsive for every question and request, so friendly and nice, the hotel is in a perfect location, the room is so beautifully decorated and gave the feeling of a real baroque atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much
An amazing experience - like being in a fairytale (in the best way)!
10.0This place is like staying in a fairytale setting. The room was so beautiful and it was magical being right on the canal. Tiziano was so friendly and helpful. Loved everything about this experience.
