The condo was great! It loved the setup. The overall look and decor was pretty and had a relaxing feel to it. I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the penthouse in the future.

− While I could see the beach to the left and the bay to the right I wish the straight ahead view was not the other condo. This wasn’t a big issue though because all I had to do was angle the chair in the direction I wanted to see.

Glitchy start and finish, parking was insufficient, but faculty was nice

Condo Is beautiful with gulf and bay view, spacious and appropriately Appointed for a beach/coastal getaway. Very comfortable environment, once we found parking and got checked in. Grounds and views were very nice.

− Had to drive 1.5 hours out of the way coming from east on interstate 10 to pick up the keys to the property. And no parking instructions. In my honest opinion the property management company should either leave the keys at the gate or meet you with them. The parking spot allotted for this penthouse condo can barely fit a sub compact car. Toilet seat in master bedroom is loose, and would not flush as the chain was broken, and water and electric both were out on the morning of checkout. ( not the fault of property management.) we were called at 5pm to say we did not leave both keys, and we know we did as they were both left on the same table.
