10.0I go to Madrid every 3 to 4 months and this is the best hotel I have been in. The location is really not where I like to stay, but I will definitely stay only for this hotel. I arrived at 5 AM and Héctor from the front desk was so nice to me. I was able to check in for a fee, which I already knew because I contacted the hotel a few days before my arrival. My room was extremely clean spacious. The toiletries were really nice smell very good. They had a good functioning hairdryer. The best was extremely comfortable the quality of the sheets of the towels the shower and the bathroom were incredible. I have nothing but words of praise and I will definitely stay there again.
− I would love for this Hotel to be closer to Salamanca or the northern part of the city. There’s a lot of traffic jam where the hotel it’s located.

7.0Staff were great and the room size was decent.
− Unbelievable amount of noise which sounded like furnture moving around, cleaners knocking around corridors and generally seemed liek zero sound proofing in the room.
