A nice place to stay for big families but NOT recommended because of the AC operating issue.

We booked a 4-bedroom apartment and it was really roomy with 2.5 bathrooms. They are generous with drinking water and espresso capsules.. The parking was easy to access and its size is very adequate.

− The main and biggest problem for us was the AC ! We never saw a hotel with such a bad system ! There are remote controls in the rooms, but they serve nothing as the AC system is generally operated, only from the technical room of the hotel !! If you turn it off, it will restart again after a few minutes !! It can only be turned on from the remote control and it is very cold. No way to increase or decrease the set temperature. We had to call the reception every time we want to turn off the AC, because it cannot be turned off from the room. And some of the staff at the reception would reply in a bad way if you insist why the AC has not been turned off, as if it is our mistake. Really we don't understand how they can keep such a system !! Otherwise there is little to complain about: The gym is a bit small and old. The location is not for people who are looking to go out walking. I would recommend having a car to stay there. But the AC issue ruined the whole experience.
